What gets deleted

• Business owners: the entire business — products, orders, expenses, customers, chats, knowledge-base documents and uploaded files. Your public storefront goes offline immediately. Team members lose access immediately. This cannot be undone.
• Team members: your account and personal details (name, email, phone). Entries you recorded stay in the shop's books without your name attached, because they are the business owner's records.

What we are required to keep

• Invoices and payment records are retained for the statutory period Indian tax law requires. They are detached from your customer, product and staff records, which are deleted.
• Your storefront web address is retired, not recycled. The page stops working, and the address can never be given to another business — so any QR code or link you printed cannot later point at somebody else's shop.
